
Meet Wendy Woo, PMHNP
Wendy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree from Duke University School of Nursing. With over eight years of hands-on nursing experience in hospital settings, she is known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and has been honored with the D.A.I.S.Y. Award for Extraordinary Nurses for her dedication to compassionate care.
Wendy works with individuals across the lifespan and creates a safe, supportive space for patients to explore their mental health goals. She uses a holistic, evidence-based approach that thoughtfully combines psychotherapy and medication management, tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Wendy believes that healing begins with a strong, respectful provider-patient relationship. She partners closely with her patients, helping them feel heard, empowered, and understood every step of the way.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Wendy is proud to serve a diverse patient community and welcomes the opportunity to provide culturally sensitive care.
When she’s not seeing patients, Wendy enjoys yoga, meditation, crafting, exercising, and exploring new places through travel.
