Meet Celina Micic LSW

Celina Micic, LSW – Social Worker / Therapist

Celina is a Licensed Social Worker with a BSW in Social Work from The Ohio State University and MSW in Social Services from Fordham University. Celina has extensive experience in working with adults, children, and first responders struggling with trauma-related diagnoses, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. She has 7+ years supervising residential settings and crisis management with an extensive background in working with psychotic disorders and behavioral issues.

Celina works with a passion in providing quality services with diverse populations and cultures. She incorporates a strengths-based approach with mindfulness- based interventions and aspects of existentialism to help others feel empowered and resilient. Celina utilizes integrative interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to help others recognize their true potential and live a true, fulfilling life.

Celina also has significant expertise and knowledge in working with student-athletes. Celina is a NCAA National Champion, 5x U.S. National Team Member and 2x National Champion who promotes emotional and mental wellness within the sports world. She understands the elite physical and emotional demands varying from collegiate to Olympic training level.
