Amanda Wisolmerski, LCSW – Social Worker / Therapist

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at Monmouth University. She has worked with children, adults and families in clinical settings such as intensive outpatient treatment programs, residential facilities, and hospitals.

She has provided therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulty, relationship struggles, health issues and various other mental health difficulties.

She was also a collegiate athlete, which provides her understanding of the pressure that comes with being an athlete, and the difficulty of life-sport-work balance.

Amanda utilizes Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Insight-Oriented Therapy. Amanda strives to create a non-judgement environment, where each individual feels safe and supported in achieving their goals.
