With a BSW from The Ohio State University and an MSW from Fordham University, Celina has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate complex emotional and mental health challenges.

With over seven years of experience supervising residential settings and managing crisis interventions, Celina specializes in working with adults, children, and first responders. Her extensive background includes addressing trauma-related diagnoses, psychotic disorders, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. Using a strengths-based approach, she empowers clients to build resilience and embrace their true potential.

Celina combines mindfulness-based interventions, existential perspectives, and evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). As a former NCAA National Champion, 5x U.S. National Team Member, and 2x National Champion, Celina brings a unique perspective to her work with student-athletes. Celina promotes emotional wellness in the sports world, helping athletes manage the pressures of elite performance and maintain balance in their lives.
