Meet Rosalie Cespedes , LCSW, Licensed Social Worker

Rosalie is a clinical social worker who graduated from New York University with a master’s in social work. She also a Qualified Clinical Social Worker (QCSW) under the NASW,  credential that distinguishes expertise and experience in the art and science of “being with” people in their struggles. Rosalie has presented in a Symposium on the “Indicators of Anxiety among the Intellectual and developmentally disabled adult population” and her approach consists of a strength-based perspective and a person-centered approach where the client is listened to without judgement and acknowledging the client’s experience without moving the conversation in another direction. Rosalie is also fluent in Spanish.

Rosalie’s specialties include working with adolescents, adults, families and couples who have lost their communication skills, have low self-esteem and are suffering from feeling misunderstood daily.

Currently, Roslie is working on my certification as an Employment Assistance Specialist-Clinical to help individuals who are struggling with day to day challenges that occur in the work place.
